Croquembouche
Description
A croquembouche is a traditional French wedding “cake.” It isn’t really cake though. A croquembouche has a nougatine base, pâte à choux dipped in caramelized sugar and filled with vanilla crème patissière, stacked together with sugar to make a tall tower!
Croquembouches must be ordered at least one week in advance over the phone or in-person.
