Dry Meringue

Description

Our meringue is made with egg whites and a hot sugar syrup (water and sugar) that is whipped to stiff peaks, piped into an assortment of sizes, and baked over night. We offer our dry meringue plain, dipped in chocolate, with nuts, or with dry fruit.
